Six

March 17, 2013 - SIX MONTHS OLD

Height: TBD - but im guessing he has grown another inch or two from month 4
Weight: TBD - but im guessing around 19lbs (ahem, big sis weighed 19lbs at 1 year)

Size: Fits well into 6-12 month clothes. He will probably be in a solid 12 month soon.

Sleep: Takes two daily naps and sleeps 12-13 hours at night. (first feeding between 5-7am)

Feedings: Nurses 5 times a day and eats two solid meals. One at breakfast. One at dinner

New Foods: Homemade Rice and Oatmeal cereal. Carrots. Sweet Potato. Peas. Apples. Pears. Avocado. Banana. Mango.

Teeth: 2 (1 new this month)

Movement: Sits well, transitions from sitting to belly, and rotates in circles



Social Butterfly: My little flirt. He smiles and babbles at anyone who gives him attention. But he only has eyes for Mommy.

Discoveries: Picking up toys and chewing on them. Pressing buttons and noticing they make sounds.

Accomplishments: Feeds himself puffs. Holds a mesh feeder. Holds his arms up when wanting to be picked up.

Favorite Toys: Bouncing Tigger, Sophie the Giraffe, Little Tikes train, crinkly blocks, anything with lights and music.

Loves: Giggling at B being silly. Sitting in the high chair at meal time. Being worn by Mommy. Going for walks outside.

 

We are so blessed to have a healthy, happy, growing boy!
